Day 22 with no chocolate and alcohol

Well, so far so good. However it's not what I had hoped it to be.
I wanted to teach myself better ways to deal with stress rather than always reaching for a square of chocolate or a drink to help me unwind. My plan was to start going for walks, doing breathing exercises, meditating and doing yoga to help me when I'm stressed. However I've come to the conclusion that I should have started practicing these things BEFORE I gave up chocolate and alcohol and started the habits earlier. That way it wouldn't be so hard to change my patterns now.
As of now I'm still looking for something to pacify me with food. It's been my pattern and it's very hard to break. I still have a week and a bit left so perhaps I can start healthier habits yet.
I am counting the days until I can sink my teeth into a nice chunk of dark chocolate! :)
