Paleo + Body By Vi

Paleo + Body By Vi shakes. That's what I'm starting tomorrow. The competition at the gym is a point based system. Add points for working out (not just crossfit workouts), eating right, taking one rest day a week, sleeping 7-8 hours, etc. Subtract points for unclean meals, less than 2 workouts a week, less than 5 meals a day, etc. We have to track all our foods, workouts & sleep and turn them into Jess at the gym every Tuesday by 8pm. Jess has said we can have the Body by Vi shakes with the diet.
We're going to do this for 45 days. I'm hoping this will help break whatever is going on that keeps my body at/around 157. It's a $20 buy in and whoever has the most points at the end of the 45 days, wins the pot. What do I have to lose?
I'm going to Bismarck, ND this weekend (right after my dental implant is finished Friday morning). One of my bridesmaids is graduating from grad school so I'm going to go and surprise her by coming to the party she has planned. It is a long drive, but getting your Master's is hard work. Sticking to our diet is going to be tough, but I'm going to do my best.
Examples of food we CAN eat on the Paleo diet:
Wild game (buffalo, venison, elk, moose, etc)
Wild fish (I won't be having this because I am allergic)
Vegetables (except potatoes & corn & other starchy ones)
Examples of food we CAN'T eat on the Paleo diet:
Fruit juice (because most of them are mostly sugar)
Stuff like that
