Nothing tastes as good as weight loss feels! Even though I am one of the slowest losers, I keep my head up and keep trying! Though cooking has been my hobby since....FOREVER! I am trying to not make desserts and other things that I can't stop eating. I make almost everything from scratch....and love doing it! I am not going to give up this time!

    Hi! I too am a slow loser. I lose about 7 lbs. a year. After seeing that you lost 5 lbs. in four months, I just had to tell you that you are still faster than I at losing weight! On the positive side, I have lost 40 lbs. since I started and am now working on the final ten. Slow and steady does indeed win the race. :D

I also love to cook and create new things , so that does help me to create healthy meals and desserts w/fruit
