My 27th days plan of action

I am writing this a bit late, because I was up and out the door first thing this morning.. .. but all for a good cause, to help our furry friends. my gym was hosting an fitness event for the SPCA. My daughter and I did 4 hours of Les Mills
classes. boy am I sore. but it was worth it,
I really tested my fitness ability, by taking 4 classes. bodypump, Spinning, a core training class, then body attack which I think that did me in ... I was pumped after the first class that is why I pushed hard in spinning.. but one think I learned walking away was that I am determined..
So my plan for the rest of day is simple, and to keep it that way,
1. Stay with in calorie range for the rest of the day
2. NO picking. in the kitchen
3. portion control at dinner
5. Think before I reach for anything that might be calling me.
(popcorn is right now)
6. beef up my water intake
