I have been away from spark for the past year or two, only popping back briefly to give things another go, only to quickly disappear again. Since being here in 2009 and losing 100+lbs I have lost a grip on things. I gained back 50+lbs and I still can't find my rhythm with losing weight again. However I'm not depressed about it, it is what it is and although I wish that I hadn't let my weight creep up so much there is only one thing I can do about it now and that's keep trying!
Today was my first day of tracking my foods (again) and there are only ten days left of this month. So my goal for myself is to track all foods, whether in calorie range or not, for the next 10 days. Then I'll have a think about how I want to continue.
I have realised that Spark used to give me huge focus and motivation, plus it is such a great tracking site and I think I want to really come back this time. Any old spark friends that remember me please drop by my page and say hello and let me know how you're getting on!
