slow but meaningful progress.

It is one day at a time for me. weight loss is extreamly slow. But i'll hang in there. i have changed my exercise reutine recently. i now swim two days a week And use weight machines twice. My legs are feeling stronger and have less pain. I walk a little more, Next change will invovle some sort of strechting. Maybe some sort of chair exercise.
Another important step will be getting a better social life, I find myself feeling alone too often. Something I cannot continue too much longer. I will need to find more friends somewhere. I know they're out there. Have a great day.
