Frustrated with Myself

I feel like I take one step forward and 3 steps back in my weight loss journey. I'm frustrated with myself, because I gained 4 lbs this week!

I know that it's because I eat TOO MUCH FOOD! I ate out at a restaurant almost everyday this week. I ate too much fat, too much sodium, too many sweets, etc.

I've got to get my eating habits under control if I want to reach my goal weight by the end of this year. My personal trainer was right. Nutrition is the most important element of weight loss. I've been exercising my butt off, but I gotta do a better and consistent job of eating within my caloric range.

Lord, please help me get it together food wise.

    It's so so so true. It can take us an hour to burn 1000 calories and a mere 10 minutes to consume 1000 calories. We can't work out 8 hours a day, but we can eat more than 80 minutes scattered through the day.
