I feel like I take one step forward and 3 steps back in my weight loss journey. I'm frustrated with myself, because I gained 4 lbs this week!
I know that it's because I eat TOO MUCH FOOD! I ate out at a restaurant almost everyday this week. I ate too much fat, too much sodium, too many sweets, etc.
I've got to get my eating habits under control if I want to reach my goal weight by the end of this year. My personal trainer was right. Nutrition is the most important element of weight loss. I've been exercising my butt off, but I gotta do a better and consistent job of eating within my caloric range.
Lord, please help me get it together food wise.
