well i lost some weight this past month. i hope i'm down to 160 by now. a week ago it was 164 lbs. i also lost some inches around my waist. i feel like my tummy is shrinking. i've been doing atleast a hundred or a hundred and sixty sit ups after i work out at curves. i can tell the difference. anyway and i have been walking about once or twice a week. anyway that is all for now.
