One Week Later...

Well, I made some progress this week. I lost 0.6 lbs and managed to eat a healthy breakfast and lunch everyday except Friday. Dinners were so so and I know my weight loss would have happened if I had eaten better at night. I need to increase my water consumption as well, but I am close emoticon

I also got in my exercise and met my goals for the week for calories burned (well actually I will have that done as soon as I go for my walk in a few). It is good to be Sparking again and I will just keep going.

    We have to start somewhere and you have made that start. I'm sure all the things you have learned along the way will help this stretch of the journey go a little more smoothly. It's amazing how much help the water really makes.
