Well, I made some progress this week. I lost 0.6 lbs and managed to eat a healthy breakfast and lunch everyday except Friday. Dinners were so so and I know my weight loss would have happened if I had eaten better at night. I need to increase my water consumption as well, but I am close
I also got in my exercise and met my goals for the week for calories burned (well actually I will have that done as soon as I go for my walk in a few). It is good to be Sparking again and I will just keep going.
Not bad for my first week back
and so can I!
