It's been 60 days since I started on Spark, and weighed 207.4 pounds. I normally weigh just before lunch, but I got antsy this morning and weighed in at 178.2 pounds...just .8 pounds from hitting 30 pounds in 60 days.
My first goal was set at 180, which was revised to the current 175, and today I'm revising again to 165. I have 10 days to the end of the month and with a little extra work, I think I can reach 170 by then...if not, I'm still happy where I am. At the end of the month I get my splint off too (broken hand), and will then be able to do more.
I'm just very excited about being so close to my old running weight, and being able to start training for competitions again when my hand is better. :)
