Still not great, but better.

Re-weighed myself this morning. down to 157.2. This is better than the +1.8 pounds the scaled showed yesterday, but I'm still up 0.2 pounds from two weeks ago.

I know muscle weighs more than fat, and muscle burns more calories in rest than fat, so when does that balance tip from putting the weight on to burning the calories?!?

Jess, the trainer at the gym, is having a meeting today. She's planning on putting a competition together for all the crossfiters & the gymsters (people that go to the gym that don't do crossfit) so I'm going to go check it out. We'll se how it goes.

    I'm still on the plateau. 165-167 stuck right in there. The weather gets nice for a day or so as a teaser and then it gets cold, wet and windy again. We will be shooting the F Class league on Monday nights. Today there was a wind clinic at the club, but I had to work, and Jim has a big job he needed to work on for one of his accounts. It was raining off and on most of the day, and pretty windy so I really felt sorry for the guys that attended
