STRENGTH STREAK 294
So I did Coach Nicole's 28 day botcamp followed by my lying adductions, 3 minutes on stair master, alternating bicep curls and a stretch. My knees made funny sounds all through the video so I will have to start doing my lying adductions 2 times a day maybe to strengthen then a little more.
May 10 will be my 1 year Sparkiversary. I can't believe how far I've come. From not exercising at all to these incredible streaks.
I started out at
Lying Adduction 2 sets 50 reps 3 pounds
Alternating bicep curls 2 sets 10 reps 5 pounds
Bicycle crunches 2 sets 20 reps
Squats 2 sets 20 reps 10 pounds
Tricep dips 2 sets 10 reps
Modified pushups 2 sets 10 reps
Currently
Lying Adduction 2 sets 100 reps 10 pounds
Alternating bicep curls 2 sets 10 reps 20 pounds
Bicycle crunches 2 sets 30 reps 10 pounds
Squats 2 sets 40 reps 40 pounds
Tricep dips 2 sets 20 reps
Pushups 2 sets 20 reps
My goals for set on December 31 for this December 31 were
Lying Adduction 3 sets 100 reps 10 pounds
Alternating bicep curls 3 sets 15 reps 15 pounds
Bicycle crunches 3 sets 30 reps 10 pounds
Squats 3 sets 50 reps 30 pounds
Tricep dips 3 sets 30 reps
Modified pushups 3 sets 30 reps
My new goals are

Alternating bicep curls 2 sets 15 reps 20 pounds
