Chopping Wood 52 minutes 621 calories burned
Heavy Cleaning 5 minutes 45 calories burned
Moving: carrying boxes 6 minutes 84 calories burned
Total Exercise Minutes: 73

Hubby turned in the rental vehicle this evening and got his pickup truck back. We will have to wait on the insurance company of the driver that hit him to settle up on the claim.

We cut wood this evening because the temperatures are supposed to drop here from highs in the 70s, to highs in the 50s and rain is expected for the next 10 days.

We drained the water off of the winter cover and the next day the ground collapsed into a sink hole. The grass never tore apart and there are no cracks in the soil but we have about a 3' in diameter hole in back of the pool.

Hubby said the damage to his truck was $4,786.55.

I was sick yesterday with stomach pain.

Glad your husband got his truck back which means you got your can back!! Woohoo!!
I hope it doesn't get too cold for you.

We had a sink hole that got bigger and bigger - it didn't crack on top either. The next door neighbor kept draining his pool in the same spot for years and the water landed there. The county came out and fixed it - there was a bunch of debris buried underground by the builder - there was a time when they were allowed to do it. The county paid 30000. To fix our backyard!

I hope you feel better soon. Thank Goodness for Insurance!!!
We were at a friend's house a couple of weeks ago and I was admiring a Hosta in her garden, when all at once it disappeared...........sink hole. They live on a lake. and we had had lots of rain, so I guess that is why it happened?????

Ouch! At least the other driver will pay for the truck. Is the pool damaged? A small sinkhole could be an opportunity for a flower bed. I had to dig some dirt away from one fence gate so it would open better. I also had some erosion issues around the base of the basement door. The extra dirt got moved to the eroded site, I got my gate working and I had dirt for my potted plants inside my outdoor small green house. One problem fixed two! Look for positive opportunities in the problems. Many problems are blessings in disguise.
