With a week that starts with me actually curled up on the floor in my office, sobbing, is it any wonder that I didn't do a thing with SparkPeople this week?

I also gave up eating normal meals. I did not give up eating, sadly, but today was the first day I had a real lunch all week. Last night was the first real dinner I had all week (and it was take-out).

I did, however, make a point to slow down on my chewing. And to eat all my fruits, veggies, and fat free dairy. I stuffed in light cheese sticks and avocados, too. But otherwise? Hot mess.

Next week will be better. Heck, tomorrow will be better.
