A- Above and beyond. Does competition push you?- I am a very competitive person. I always strive to do my best and be the best.
B- BLC ROUNDS- I am a Goldie this is either my 6th or 7th BLC. I was with the Mochas my first two rounds and have been a Pixie every since.
C- Children- no biological children yet but I work with 24 blind and visually impaired girls that in a lot of ways are like my own daughters.
D- Downfall- my biggest down falls are what I call recreational carbs- bread, pasta and potatoes. I haven't eaten sugar in 17 months but that could also be a major downfall if I pick it up again. Another downfall is soda.
E- Excuse- my biggest excuse is that I don't have time to exercise. I am a full time student and work full time. I have dedicated my morning time to my workouts. The Pixies always encourage me and it helps by remembering that I need to take the time for me.
F- My parents and I adopted an adorable puppy named Charlie 2 year ago. He has brought us so much love and joy and definitely completed our family.
G- My grocery cart is filled with fruits, vegetables and lean proteins.
H- I live in Tucson Az
I- I have to say right now my biggest inspiration is ME. I am doing things now that I never thought I would achieve in my life and I'm finally becoming the person I was meant to be.
Right now a huge inspiration for me is my 10k that I will be doing on June 3rd
J- I work with blind and visually impaired girls ranging in ages from 5-22. I teach them daily living skills and how to be as independent as they possibly can.
K- My focus when I'm short on time is to remember to stay true to who I am
L- the sad answer to this question is I do not Log. That is something I would like to commit to doing these next 12 weeks.
M- for me it is both. The scale recently has been moving very slow so it has been the mirror.
N- funny story two rounds ago there was another Pixie named Amber so I had to come up with a nickname so I became CLOVER. It was at that tome that I really began working on me and THE_TIME_IS_NOW came about.
O- I drink 64 ounces of water per day if not more.
P- I try to incorporate at least 5 fruits and 5 veggies in my meals everyday.

R- I try to work out 5 days a weeks for 60-90 minutes a day. Sometimes I do more
U- my parents got me a cricut for Christmas. Making cards and signs and posters have been a great way to help me relax and have fun.
V- it is a big understatement to say I am a DISNEY FREAK. I love everything about Disney and go to Disneyland every year at least once. Right Now we are planning a trip to Disney World which is my dream vacation coming true. I think my new dream vacation would be to travel to Europe with my parents.
W- yes I do follow an ST Workout. I do weights every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
X- my goal for the next 12 weeks would be to lose another 10-15 pounds if not 20.
Y- I tend to do both. It really depends on my mood. I can learn quickly from my mistakes or dwell on them.
Z- right now that would be my trainer. She is a constant positive influence and always pushes me above and beyond what I ever imagined I could accomplish and achieve.
