Usually I can handle a little hunger before lunch, but today it was uncool. My stomach hurt, and I kept looking at the candy dish like I was a lion eyeing its prey. I started to feel like I was getting heartburn too. I was famished. I had my usual breakfast of a Vita Tops Cran Bran. I do realize that's only 100 calories, and after not eating for 8 hours I'm sure my body could use a little more. I'm just usually not this ravenous!
I have been working out really hard lately. I've been doing ST at least 4x per week... usually 5! (you should see I do cardio about 3-4 times per week too (about 45 min of moderate to intense activity). I think my metabolism finally got a kick in the pants. Could it be that my weight will finally go down soon?!? (Well, if I keep eating baked fries like they are the last thing on earth I won't)
