small steps towards my goals

first thing i need to do is set myself my Goals
Goals keep us motivated to work hard and achieve them



without goals there are chances we might loose track or just stop going further anymore

and then work towards my cravings and addictions
and stay away from sugar that are hindrances in my path


i don't believe i used to eat it everyday, sometimes 2 times a day


Stop being a lazy ass and buy some fresh veggies for salad


choice is mine and i choose my health
