Well, I drank enough water on Wednesday, but didn't exercise. : / Yesterday was a little better. I drank 10 glasses of water and got in a 30 minute "Walk at Home". I feel really good about that, but I'm still disappointed that I overate...
I'm trying to be better today. I've already had 4 glasses of water and it's not lunchtime yet, so I'm on track for the day. It's my nephew's 4th birthday today and we're going out to dinner to celebrate so I'm trying to be careful about what I eat during the day today. Then my coworkers are ordering pizza, so I'll probably have some of that but I'll try to watch my portions and pick something healthy (or at least not too unhealthy) at the restaurant.
Baby steps. It's hard for me...I'm a perfectionist when it comes to me and that is not good at times like this where I'm struggling. I will keep going, though, and eventually I'll be where I want to be.
