Well, I had a feeling that I wouldn't like the weigh in here today at work. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I walk every day and it's not a sissy stroll either. I am walking fast and doing it with meaning. Then sometimes when I get at home I'll do something additional like leg lifts and push-ups.
I don't want to throw the towel in but so many other people are able to do this and lose weight - why am I not one of those people??
I am wondering if I should take a week off of walking every day and just focus on the food intake. And I have been tracking everything and staying within my ranges for what SP provided.
Just not sure what I am doing wrong. I feel good overall but still feel defeated. I know that I can make this happen but I am not sure what my next step should be at this point.
I did go out yesterday and bought a few yogurts to try since I don't typically like them but wanted to give it another shot as a way to have something sweet and still have it be good for me.
