Goals for BLC19 ... Ready to get started !!

To say I am anxious for BLC Round 19 to get started, would be a HUGE understatement emoticon emoticon

The last few weeks I've been so out of my routine and haven't been on speaking terms with my scale. My exercise has been sporadic. I haven't been tracking my food. I've missed more exercise classes than I've made. And spent the biggest part of my time working, trying to wrap up a project. (And, for me at least, working means sitting in front of a computer ... so it's really only my typing fingers that have been getting a work out lately emoticon)

I'm a list-maker ... so getting my GOALS down here for BLC19.

1- I WILL get to exercise class 5 days a week. (Kickboxing 3 days a week and signing up for something new this weekend to start Monday :)

2- I WILL participate in each and every challenge this Round.

3- I WILL be streaking for the 12 weeks.

4- I WILL track my food every day.

5- I WILL blog twice a week.

6- I WILL get in at least 15K steps each day.

    Sounds like a good plan! emoticon It's easy to get off track when we're on a BLC break and don't have the structure of challenges to guide us. I kinda got off track too although when I was at my mom's the last week I ate healthier and much less due to everything going on, probably due to the lack of work stress! LOL I'm glad BLC19 is starting up soon, too. I"m glad you like the kickboxing, that's what I've remembered when we were on a team together. Believe it or not I tried it at my gym a couple months ago thinking I'd love it since I like Turbo Fire/Turbo Jam but I HATED IT! But my gym also offers circuit training and Zumba classes which I enjoy alot!

I too am a list maker -- really can't figure out how anyone gets along with out lists...LOL
