To say I am anxious for BLC Round 19 to get started, would be a HUGE understatement
The last few weeks I've been so out of my routine and haven't been on speaking terms with my scale. My exercise has been sporadic. I haven't been tracking my food. I've missed more exercise classes than I've made. And spent the biggest part of my time working, trying to wrap up a project. (And, for me at least, working means sitting in front of a computer ... so it's really only my typing fingers that have been getting a work out lately
I'm a list-maker ... so getting my GOALS down here for BLC19.
1- I WILL get to exercise class 5 days a week. (Kickboxing 3 days a week and signing up for something new this weekend to start Monday :)
2- I WILL participate in each and every challenge this Round.
3- I WILL be streaking for the 12 weeks.
4- I WILL track my food every day.
5- I WILL blog twice a week.
6- I WILL get in at least 15K steps each day.
