Good Morning Friends! TGIF!

OK, got a pound off, I'll take it. I had hoped to get back to 167, but I didn't stay as strong as I should have last weekend.
I'm on a 8 day streak of working out and/or strength training. That's the longest streak I've had in quite some time, so YAY! I said it earlier in the week, but I'll say it again, I love ST!! Every part of my body has some sort of ache to it, and it feels good!
Guess that's really all that is new. Have yet to have hubby take my bikini photo. So it will be a 5 week progress pic rather than 6 week...that is if I get him to take it today or tomorrow. Maybe I'll just ask Emily, lol!
I've set up a mini-goal for myself this weekend - stay on track - 100%!! The weekends are always the hardest. I don't eat properly, drink enough water, etc. So this weekend I need to really push hard.
Last but not least, the smoking. Don't worry, I quit again, and am going strong. Day #3, here I come!
