B grapefruit, oranges, bean sprouts, kale--sounds weird, but pretty good
L spinach, tomatoes, carrots, celery
D Romaine, parsley, kiwi, pears--surprisingly good
Oh I canít believe how tired I am. I had a Dr.ís appointment early this morning and then got in a few hours of work and then a blessed nap. I explained to my doc that I was doing this and that since I was superwoman I probably didnít need rest. He grinned.
I stopped at the library on my way home and picked up my book club book that they were holding for me. Itís 550 pages, so Iíll have something to read over the next two days when I do plan to take it easy.
Iíll write more when my brain starts working again.
