Spinach or Granola???

Yesterday I felt super strong for some reason. I had an early bike ride because of the heat here. Usually I feel major burn in my legs afterward but not this day.

I had added extra spinach to my breakfast omlette before my ride ( felt like Popeye lol) and I had granola and yogurt with fruit for lunch after my ride. One of those proteins really made a difference.

    Thanks Ginger, maybe I will find some extra energy this morning. I made my self a 2 med. egg omelette with T 2% milk, 1/4 C canned salmon, spinach, dill and other spices.
