Spinach or Granola???

Yesterday I felt super strong for some reason. I had an early bike ride because of the heat here. Usually I feel major burn in my legs afterward but not this day.
I had added extra spinach to my breakfast omlette before my ride ( felt like Popeye lol) and I had granola and yogurt with fruit for lunch after my ride. One of those proteins really made a difference.
