Happy Friday! Today's Inspirational quote

Friday, April 20, 2012

Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections. Saint Francis de Sales

I felt the need to use this one today since my wanderings took me to the box of Lemonade GS cookies in the freezer last night. I need "that switch" turned OFF...for good!!! I need to be like the normal eater that has a good and nourishing dinner then settles in for an evening of tv, FB and Pinterest before bedtime. But, NOOOOO, I feel the need/desire to graze. How come I can go the entire 7 weeks of Lent without eating after dinner? These are thoughts to ponder and pray on. I CAN do this!!!

Have a wonderful Sparkweekend, my Friends!

Good thing to remember! Thank you for the quote. As for the grazing, I have been having the same problem lately! We'll get the right balance!!! Have a great day and weekend!

Try to write down everything you eat . Then after dinner you see the list and may be just seeing the list will help you not eat. Also try to drink water or herb tea. I KNOW emoticon because YOU ARE emoticon emoticon emoticon
