It's nice to be walking outdoors again.

Friday, April 20, 2012

I got another great walk in yesterday with my co-worker. It's still on the cool side in the morning.
You definitely need to wear a jacket and either wear mitts or keep your hands in your pockets. but still a nice walk.

Hope to get in a walk again today providing the rain holds off. Sorry, I'm a wimpy. I don't like walking in the rain or when it's snowing.

It's Fabulous Friday once again and I'm so looking forward to the weekend. The girls have invited Mom to go with them tomorrow to spend some time at Northlands taking in the Women's conference in the city. Should be a great time. Lots of walking and chatting.

My positives:

Garry brought all my deck chairs out of winter storage. It is supposed to warm up enough this weekend that we should be able to sit out on the deck for longer than a few minutes. I can hardly wait.
Activity planned with my girls this weekend. Some Mom and daughters time.
My steps were fantastic yesterday. Walking outdoors is so much more invigorating.
Blessed with health, a new day and new opportunities.

Have a great and wonderful day,

Margaret and I enjoy our walk more when we can do it outside, but love having the option of walking inside if the weather isn't good, we had a good 2 hr. walk yesterday, very invigorating. Enjoy your time with your girls. I have not heard from my sis as to how it went this morning with my BIL. We are suppose to have rain through the weekend. Hope you have some sun so you can sit out on your deck.

I loved my 1/2 hour walk yesterday too Wanda. None today either. And I don't walk in the rain or snow either, so you are not a wimp, hee hee. Have a great day!
