I just have to say, I love spark and my heart will always be here, but the My Fitness Pal app has kept me on track this year. I've logged in every day for 80 some days. That's logging my food and exercise every day. It's why I've been doing so well lately.
If you have a smart phone and you haven't tried it, do it. It's free and I am willing to bet it will help you!!
