Prayerful

Thursday, April 19, 2012

I spent much time in prayer today as I sought discernment. I go back to the oral surgeon to find out how well my surgery is healing. One area looks great; the other is somewhat irritated. I am hoping for the best news possible.

I enjoy so many things, but cannot do them all. I am happy to be the president elect of the Berks County Association of School Retirees. I had to move out of the membership chairperson role. I am blessed that I have a wonderful replacement who will do great things.

I missed my personal trainer while she was on vacation, but decided to train with another person. She brought so much to my training. I kept up with her and got great workouts. It was a new venture for me. I will be happy to return to my regular trainer who is also a close personal friend.

I am blessed to have virtual friends as well as dear friends of all ages. So I am reflective and prayerful for this day and ALL the people who touched my life!

It's nice to have things to keep us busy! Sometimes it's good to change trainers and get new ideas but I can understand the going back to your friend. I would love to go back to my new trainer but he's out of town just far enough to make it difficult. My new one works out great for now. Hope you have a great day and heal well!!

If your Berks County is in PA, then we are neighbors. I live in CHester County and my husband works in Green Hills. if so then howdy neighbor!!! Good thoughts and prayers that your oral surgery is healing well. I am looking at a possible implant and my daughter who is a dentist wants to do it. She's only been out of her residency a year and has been working for about 8 months...yeah thanks but no thanks. I will let my brother in law do it...he;s been a dentist for 40 years so...you can get the drift. Congrats on being president!!!! emoticon
