Forecast for the next 6 days: rain. My sister and I wanted to take advantage of this last day of sunny weather, so after work, we headed back to 3-Pond Trail. Third time this week. The trail is so beautiful that we just fell in love with it. I feel that I'm getting fitter. On Sunday, we did the 5.5 km trail in 2.5 hrs. On Tuesday, we did it in 2 hrs. & 15 min. Today we did it in 2 hrs., with no conscious effort to increase speed.

Three-Pond is an easy trail, with exquisite scenery.


There's a picnic area overlooking a large pond about half way down the trail, where we like to rest and eat some fruit and nuts before continuing our trek.
