Vacation week for kids AND a husband basically down for the count recovering from surgery. Not fun for this Momma. Not to mention- had to work= half day only. The plan today was- the kids were participating in my running club's track meet for kids at 12- 4pm. So this morning- work out was sort of easy- I decided to just run to his car that he left since the accident at the police station. I ran a nice and easy 3 miles= 24:40 -8:14 pace. Felt good- a little tired and achy from the 4.5 mile run and Boot camp the day before. Tomorrow- just doing Boot Camp, as Saturday doing the group run- will probably run 9 or 10 miles. Sunday I have a 5k race. Eating was good-ate a lot at dinner- but had NO Lunch due to the track meet. I was timing and watching the kids. TOO busy to eat. Later did have some pasta, salad, chicken..... Some red wine. The Bruins are on- maybe a beer? Feeling good and its nice. Traveling next week for work to Kansas. Life is good.
