    I've made it through the full 30 days and I can tell you.... IT WORKS!! I can't even express the amount of muscle I gained and fat I lost. It was amazing! Of course I fell off the wagon and quit so I'm slowly working back into it but keep going! You'll make it, I promise! I think I lost 19lbs that month which is amazing and I could just feel the strength. Writing this is making me want to start doing this video again... I think maybe I will. lol emoticon

  Good job! i think Jillian Micheals workouts are the best. I always have to push myself to do her exercise cause I know how hard they are but its worth it in the end. emoticon

    I bought the video and I totally understand about the being shaky part. At least you did the whole video. I think when I started it I stopped half way through and was like "No, no way." Haha. But good job. :)
