So, a couple of weeks ago, hubby and I watched a documentary from Netflix called "Crazy Sexy Cancer". It's not new, I think it came out in 2007. Anyway, it's about this woman named Kris Carr who was diagnosed with stage 4 untreatable cancer in 2003 and her quest towards a healthy lifestyle afterwards. The great news is, it's been just over 9 years, and she's still going strong!

In addition to the movie, she's got 3 different books. I really want the one called "Crazy Sexy Diet". She also has a website dedicated to helping lead & inspire others to wellness. I caught her yesterday by chance on the daytime TV show "The Revolution" (which is weird, because I never have the TV on during the day!), so I was looking at her stuff online. You can subscribe on her website to get informative emails sent to you regularly, so I did. The first one included her "Crazy Sexy Manifesto" that you could download and read. IT IS AMAZING!!!

Here is one paragraph that I really found so meaningful:

WOW! That's what it's all about! She also includes her top 20 guidelines for living a healthy lifestyle, and I think most of them are really fantastic. You really need to check it out - she encourages you to print it and post it somewhere that you will see it every day!!!
