My unrealistic expectations about weight loss are getting me down...I weighed 160 last time I weighed, about 2 weeks ago, and last night I weighed 157. I should be happy that the weight is coming off BUT i WANT it to come off FASTER. I have been staying on track with my eating habits and since I have done so good I guess I expected bigger results... Seeing that almost made me go out for a burger even though I brought my healthy lunch.
