unrealistic expectations

My unrealistic expectations about weight loss are getting me down...I weighed 160 last time I weighed, about 2 weeks ago, and last night I weighed 157. I should be happy that the weight is coming off BUT i WANT it to come off FASTER. I have been staying on track with my eating habits and since I have done so good I guess I expected bigger results... Seeing that almost made me go out for a burger even though I brought my healthy lunch.

    I know what you mean!! It can't come off fast enough! I get so frustrated and impatient by the whole process. I want to fit into my old clothes NOW. I want to drop below 200 NOW. Here's my trick - I tell myself that the quick fixes and the fast changes aren't worth it. The longterm habits are the only ones that stick. If I want a more healthy lifestyle, I have to build it up now. That's the only way I'll keep my new healthy body in the long term!

    WELL SANDRA WE ALL SAY THE SAME THING WE WANT THE WEIGHT


TO COME OFF QUICK BUT OUR MOTABOLISM IS DIFFERENT

WE DID NOT GET THIS OVER NITE WE DID THIS OVER THE YEARS


BUT WE CAN LOOSE WEIGHT BY EATING REGULAR FOOD AN D CUT BACK

ON PORTIONS SIZES. I HAVE CAME FROM 309 TO 265 AND I LOST IT IN TWO MONTHS,

WE JUST HAVE TO BE GLAD THAYT WE LOSS 1 OR TWO POUN DS
IN A WEEK AND LOOK AT THIS WAY THAT IS 1 OR 2 POUNDS THAT

YOU DONOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT. . I HOPE THAT YOU HAVE THE

WILL TO MAKE YOURSELF TO PUSH A LITTLE HARDER AND HAVE
FAITH IN YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE A WINNER I AM HERE
