WEIGHT: 2-3 lbs per week
a) Eating: stay with calorie, carb, fiber, and fat range. Note: I will be using the AHA guidelines.
b) Eat at least 3-4 servings of fish and fowl a week.
EXERCISE: 25-40 minutes a day. This has to be INTENTIONAL exercise! a) resistance bands b) Swiss ball c) Yoga d) power walking e) walk/jog/walk f) body weight
MENTAL EXERCISE: read at least 3 SP motivational articles a week.
Have a daily realistic goal to reach.
SPIRITUAL EXERCISE: Take time each day to just be still and enjoy the silence.
Meditate on the simple.
