How Many Calories Do You Burn Having Sex?

Thursday, April 19, 2012

LOL - Got your attention, didn't I? (More about that headline in a minute.) Yesterday was a great day! Got back into control and ate WAY under my calories (probably too far, but I was distracted...). Did only 30 minutes of fitness by walking, but my right knee (actually now I'm thinking it is the muscle just under my knee) was still hurting. It's much better today and I'm going to the gym tonight to do some elliptical. I went to a favorite venue I go to on Wednesdays with all my metal band friends (almost all guys) and enjoyed that. Then had a late date with a HOT 35-year-old and a glass of wine. (Yes - I'm gloating. I'm 50 and I've still got it! There's a lesson for all us big girls - confidence is sexy. Just sayin'.) So not a bad way to end the day...
