yea my first weigh in

Today I weigh in since I started doing weightwtachers a week ago. The dreaded fear of getting on a scale and not seeing any good news was horrible emoticon. Than I got on there and I waited to see the numers appear i looked down and i saw i lost 10 pounds. emoticon. My first weigh in when i got the weightwatchers stuff was 340 now I am 330.7. My goal was to do at least 2 pounds a week so this was great. My first big major goal is to get under 300 so I am almost there. I am so happy with myself and I know this will work if I keep it up and i realize slip up are going to happen but thats okay.

    Congratulations! I stopped by your spark page to check and see how you were doing. Even if the scale doesn't say you lost weight, your clothes and how they fit can be an even better gauge of weight loss.

10 lbs. is a major success. Keep on going!!!!!

    Congratulations!! I know the trepidation the scale can cause ... but it's something that does get easier as you go along. I even look forward to it on weeks that I know I've done everything I can to be healthy. :)
