I like probably many of you have mostly a desk job. I get to go have fun with my patrols everyonce in a while. But when I'm swamped with paperwork like yesterday, I decided to get some exercise in, I went for a walk around our building a couple of times and did some chair sit-ups, calf raises, wall pushups and wall squats. I felt rejuvenated after each set, I wasn't tired and felt way better, because as many of you know paperwork can be a little boring .
So next time your at your desk and feeling get up and do some wall and you will feel
