Why can't I lose weight?

I am changing my eating habits, drinking 64 oz. of water everyday, eating more fruits and vegetables, trying to exercise more when I am able. Why am I not losing weight? I have had my thyroid checked and it is healthy. I am eating smaller portions and trying to limit late night snacking. I don't see what more I can do.....

    Are you tracking your foods? If so, make sure you're measuring correctly. I was surprised when I started measuring things how OFF I was.

    And "YES", your body needs time. I exercised and ate well for 2 months before that scale started moving. I confess I was disgusted with it, BUT I knew I was doing right and I knew I was feeling better. So hang in there.

    You can do this, and you are so worth it.
