RTB-R P3W2D4 Workout

What I did:

Lee's Hodgepodge Workout Extraordinaire!

-- Military Pushups with Bars 3 Sets of 15
-- Pushups Standard with Bars feet on a Bosu Ball one leg raised - 1 Set 20 Reps
-- Bosu Ball Squat-Curl-Press - 2 Sets of 15 with 20 lbs Dumbbells
-- Bosu Ball 'Highland Dance Toe Taps' - 3 Sets of 2 minutes
-- Jailhouse Flys - 2 Sets of 12 Reps - 25 lbs dumbbells
-- Jailhouse Flys - 1 Set of 6 Reps - 35 lbs dumbbells
-- Heisman Jump Pose - 2 Sets of 2 Minutes
-- Loco-Locomotive Crossover Knee Elbows - 1 Set of 50
-- Skull Crushers - 2 Sets of 15 with 35 lbs Dumbbell
-- Jab-Cross-Hook-Uppercut - 3 sets of 2 minutes (1 min per side)
-- Front Kicks - 3 Sets of 20 kicks per leg
-- Six Kicks - 10 Sets (Right Front-Side-Rear / Left Rear-Side-Front)
-- Punch Randomness - 2 Sets of 2 Minutes
-- Mary Catherine Gallagher's - 2 Sets of 20


Observations:

I am feeling rather strong; and I am certainly moving the old body with more control. Tonight's workout was 'all over the place'. If there ever was a test to prove the fitness industries 'muscle confusion' statement, I performed that test last night. My goal was to elevate the heart for 1.5 hours; but at the same time with all the cardio type workouts, I wanted to begin adding some anaerobic type exercises. It was just me and my I-tunes last night - no videos to guide me. So, as random as the universe is, so was I in this routine. I did whatever came to mind. I went to the point of failure in one area; and immediately switched to another part of the body. My chest and arms were filled with blood during the workout - it's time to start building mass. My quadriceps, hammies, and cows were looking rather snazzy, too!

Just under 7 weeks until vacation. It's time to SERIOUSLY BRING IT!
