TROUBLE AHEAD

Tomorrow is the General Assembly of my workplace, big time stress.
I am organizing a round table about the study and volunteer abroad programs I am leading this year (and ,trivially, which justifies a third of my salary) and it's part of my training.
I know there will be a lot of good foods and I have to host a lunch for the participants which makes it hard to not eat what has been prepared.
So I am asking you to send me all the positive vibes possible so that

1_I won't freak out
2_I will smile at my boss' horrid so not PC jokes
3_ I won't eat bad foods even though I am presented with them all day. And stressed out

Wish me the strength of a warrior to win the battle!!

    to keep strong, keep a "fat pictue" in your wallet. a friend told me, she does that and it worked for her. i am thinking of doing that to help me .

    My tactique:

I order lots of fresh vegetables and fruits for the coffee breaks. There are always people who love it.

I drink a cup of water before the coffee breaks, and meals, so I feel less hungry.

I do some exercise in the morning, which cuts my boredom, and also results in less hunger.

And if I organize the event - I just order healthy food for all the people. Sometimes I get complaints, that they miss the carbs, the fat, the deep fried spring rolls, but I don't care, I get my healthy food...

Finally, I focus on eating healthy stuff, instead of "not eating unhealthy stuff". This way, it's easier for me.

So, courage for tomorrow! And let us know how it went!
