I had several appointments after work so I didn't have time to cook. I did something I said I would not do go to a fast food restaurant. I put a lot of thought in what I was going to eat If I was going to break my word. So I went to Boston Market ordered rotisserie chicken breast, steam vegetables, and green beans. WOW! I can't believe I did not use this opportunity to eat like I use too. I have develop good habits. I saw my nutritionist this evening and she advise me losing weight is all about the diet exercise help but you have to develop a healthy pattern of nutritional habits.
