Now that my pity party is over, I have a new course of action.
Changes I will be making:
1. Incorporating pilates into my weekly workout routine. I intend to use the Pop PIlates videos.
2. Banning excessive sugar. I don't like sugar more than I want to be successful. I know people say you should have everything in moderation, but apparently I can't handle moderate sugar. I either eat it or I don't.
3. Spreading out my mealtimes better. Breakfast and lunch aren't always far enough apart. Dinner is sometimes too late.
4. More variety at the gym
