There are so many ways to work out and one of my favorites is to do the twist. Here is the double dog dare:
Go online and watch the latest Glee and/or Dancing with the Stars (or any show with a lots of music and/or dancing) and dance when they do, see if you can keep up.
I have watched half of the latest Glee episode and I got a side ache.
