Sugary Drinks and Junk Food Oh My!

I was invited to spend the night at a friends house who I have not seen in quite awhile. We had a great time, we watched movies, did each others nails and caught up on our lives! This friend of mine has a three year old son. So you can image her cupboards are full of kids snacks and sugary drinks and junk food. Her son was at his Father's house for the night so we ended up indulging in those types of foods. I felt horrible while I was doing it and I knew that eating like that was going against my healthy eating. But as we all know today is a new day so today I am making a fresh start. I started off this morning by eating a healthy breakfast and this afternoon I am eating a healthy lunch with veggies and healthy protein.
VERY IMPORTANT: Also, last week I was adding Mio Liquid flavoring to my water. Does anyone know if the Mio Liquid has a lot of sugar in it because it makes your water tastes sweeter.
