Well, what do you know, exercising actually works! Just sayin.
I know exercising helps you loose weight, I'm just really lazy. I like to play soccer because it's a game and a challenge to me and therefore fun for me. I can play soccer for hours but exercising is boring to me and I can't get into it.
I have 3 more weeks in my bikini club - group of women loosing weight together each puts $20 into the pot at the beginning and at the end the one who has list the most weight gets the pot- $180- so I need to step up my game in order to remain on top for the final weigh-in on May 5th.
This weekend I was upset because the scale said 135 again from 132 lbs...I'd been loosing that same 3 lbs for the last 3 weeks and gained them back again this past weekend.
Since Sunday I have been taking the dogs out jogging with me and for walks every day except yesterday I opted to play co-ed pick-up soccer for an hour and a half -anything to be active these next 3 weeks so that I can loose the final 7lbs that I want to loose.
This morning I saw 131.8lbs on the scale...it's a high 131, but it is still below 132 and I have not seen that since before I had my kids!
6.8 lbs to go...does not seem like a big number but somehow it is the toughest 6.8 lbs to loose ever!!!
