I have been making health changes rather rapidly this month. I actually purchased soy milk, almond milk, and vanilla almond milk. I have been using them in recipes. I stopped drinking regular milk several days ago. But I was scared to mess up my cereal. Yesterday I put only a tiny bit of cereal in the bowl, screwed up my face, shut my eyes and went for it. To my surprise it was wonderful. I am so excited ! Maybe even enough to try the other two kinds soon.
