Shortish vlog about my exercise on Tuesday - tons! WOOHOOS!
This talks about how my goal of a short walk became a long and strength training walk and the 10 minute dance party goal became a 60 minute dance party! Then I hula hooped for 11 minutes. After that I walked with the dog while my son rode his bike - another .6 mile. Over 1100 calories burned today!
And this one should be audible and more easily viewable, but apologies for yelling at the dog who ran way while I was vlogging.
