Not much to blog about today but still wanted to blog progress. Plan to get back out there today and walk at lunchtime. The weather should be wonderful for walking - not too hot.

I am still feeling good and hope that the weigh in this Friday here at work will show some progress. I always wonder if what I am doing is working. I guess that I am feeling better and that is always a good sign but I would also like to see it in the scale. But I'll be patience and it will happen.

So - goal for today:

No Sweets at home

At home is where I have the hardest time fighting the urge to not have something sweet!

    Thanks - I'll give them a shot and better yet I'll step outside of my comfort zone and try it with fruit and see if my tastes have changed.

    If you don't like the fruit kind, they have vanilla bean (Cabot) and french vanilla (Stoneyfield). The plain is sour and works good in place of sour cream and mayo. The others are sweeter :)

    Thanks Sandy for the tip. I wish that I liked yogurt. I guess that I will just have to try it again. For me yogurt is very sour tasting. Any recommendations for a good one to try?? Everyone else in my house eats it but me and I wish that I could love it like they do.

    If you get a craving, try some yogurt! It works for me. emoticon
