Last night I over ate. I ate pretty much anything I wanted. I got up today and brushed myself off and now I'm off to a better start. I went out last night after eating all that junk food, and trust me it was junk! I got a whole bunch of healthier options to start me off right. Hopefully I can tackle this! I'm already starting out good :) I didn't get hard on myself for messing up last night. I looked at it as a sign that I need help that's all. So I went and got myself some help with healthier food. I feel great today!! emoticon emoticon

    I WAY over ate yesterday too and it was all junk. I felt SO sick afterwards. I've done MUCH better today. You CAN and WILL do this.

  Been there, done that. Don't think of it so much of a bad night but more of a "day off". With my healthier eating, I am so focused on it that every 3 or 4 weeks, I start to resent it and have one of those nights. I feel like crud and then get back on the wagon the next morning. Still am losing at a good rate, so for now, I will let myself have the day off now and then.

    Great job!! I had one of those nights last night too. Stress eating is the WORST.

Way to pick yourself right back up.
