Finally Feeling Good.

I am now into my 5th week of my challenge and am starting to feel good about what it is I am doing. I have felt good about what Im doing the whole time but was not feeling like I was getting anywhere. I can now FEEL IT. I feel as if my muffin tops are shrinking and also that my tummy isn't this big bulge anymore. It was really BAD. I have got loads of energy and am feeling even better now that my husband Luke is on board. We did have a little arguement last night because on the warm up for P90x chest shoulder and tri's he had to warm up he thought he was going to have to jump around again like in Insanity. He said Im not doing this my legs sore. I said Boo hoo it is only for a few minutes to get the body warm He told me to shove it in much harsher terms so I said fine go away. So he missed the workout last night. I did my cardio this morning and will do Back and bi's with him tonight. (Sooky la la) Any way apart from that hiccup we are in this together. Eating right. Tonight I am going to make Jamie Easons Lemon protein bars.
So heres to feeling great.

    Sorry your hubby had a little hiccup with the workout! lol! My hubby always lames out on the warm ups too.. PFT.. guy thing!
