Today I want to feed my body with healthy foods. I want to use food for nutrition and sustenance not to comfort or soothe my emotions. However I feel right now, up or down, bad or good, I want to experience it as it is. I want to feed my mind and spirit with positive thoughts and experiences enjoying the beauty and newness of the moment. I want to balance my work load with self care which includes time for exercise, time for fun, and especially time to LAUGH!
